LESSONS LEARNED - Read all the way through She is a teacher and didn't use it much except to backup her i-phone until COVID-19 (I will need to replace her CMOS battery since it was seldom used until this year). My issue was that my wife's Aspire R 11 (purchased December 2015) wouldn't boot. One issue offers a small piece of the puzzle, another offers another small piece, etc., etc., leaving the person to try and put the pieces together on their own.
